A worldwide e-Infrastructure for NMR and structural biology

DisMeta - Disorder Prediction MetaServer

The DisMeta Server runs a wide range of disorder prediction software and sequence-based structural prediction results from other bioinformatics software as listed in the tables below. The DisMeta Sever returns a returns a consensus plot of predicted disorder provide information allowing successful construct optimization for both NMR and crystallization studies. All tools use default setup. Tools in green run on DisMeta server site.
