A worldwide e-Infrastructure for NMR and structural biology

Getting started with CcpNmr format converter

FormatConverter is a menu-driven program to import sequences, peak lists, chemical shift lists, constraint lists spectra, structures, etc. and re-export them to other formats. It uses the CCPN data model internally, and can start from, or write to, CCPN data format files. It can read in entire projects or fragments of them, and can connect atoms, assignments etc. from different files to a consistent whole ('link resonances'). FormatConverter is menu-driven, and prompts for required information, so it should be possible to work the program only from the menu options.

The best starting point is the tutorials, especially the Program Walk-through.
