Hi Marc, all,

I've run the job through UNICORE submitted via the EMI-ES interface, which was the original use case. It all seems to work quite well.

You can download the resulting gmx-probe.tgz [1].

I don't think you have been registered as users at our site yet. VOMS does not work, so I would directly enter your DNs and map them locally. Let me know how you want to proceed with this.

Best regards,

Hi all, very good job, i

Hi all,
very good job,
i would like now to reproduce your submission from a EMI3 UI here at INFN,
my DN is:
/C=IT/O=INFN/OU=Personal Certificate/L=Padova/CN=Marco Verlato

Could you write me the exact command i should issue from my UI to run a gromacs job to your UNICRE site?

Due to the end of EMI you might have noticed that the GGUS ticket https://ggus.eu/ws/ticket_info.php?ticket=89884
has been set to solved.
I've have created an issue on the WeNMR portal tool: http://www.wenmr.eu/wenmr/help-center/general-issues/wenmr-grid/request-large-scale-emi-testbed
and i would like we continue our exchange of information there.
Let me know if it is OK for you.
