A worldwide e-Infrastructure for NMR and structural biology

Registration to the course "Advanced methods for the integration of other structural data with NMR data" open

This message is an announcement for the practical course "Advanced methods for the integration of other structural data with NMR data", 21st-24th January 2013, Florence, Italy.

The Magnetic Resonance Center of the University of Florence will host the course. For more details please click here
Applications close on October 31st, 2012.

The course aims at training young researchers in the combined use of data from various structural techniques, such as SAXS, X-ray diffraction or EM, together with NMR data to achieve a deeper understanding of the structural properties of macromolecular systems, from individual proteins to macromolecular adducts. The integrated use of NMR and SAXS data for the study of the dynamics of multidomain proteins will also be addressed.

Lecturers include:
A.M. Bonvin (University of Utrecht)
G. Parigi (University of Florence)
A. Rosato (University of Florence)
H.J. Wolfson (Tel Aviv University)

The course will consist of theoretical lectures and hands-on practical sessions.

The registration fee is 275 euro. Instruct can provide financial support to attendees from member countries. The WeNMR project is also sponsoring the course (see http://www.wenmr.eu).
Applicants should send a CV via the form available on the course site.
