The 4 day advanced WeNMR course "Protein NMR Structure Calculation, Refinement and Validation“ provides a thorough practical coverage of the state of the art methods in automated NOE spectrum analysis, structure calculation, refinement and validation of proteins using the softwares UNIO, CYANA, CING, YASARA and AMBER.
The course focuses on the practice and theory that is needed to successfully perform typical tasks in NMR structure determination by combining theoretical introductions and demonstrations, followed by direct practical application in the form of exercises using real life examples.
The course includes an introduction to the WeNMR virtual research community.
