A worldwide e-Infrastructure for NMR and structural biology

WeNMR at EGI Technical Forum 2012

WeNMR has actively taken part of the EGI Technical Forum 2012 held in Prague the 17-21 of September.

Marc Van Dijk of the Bijvoet Center for Biomolecular Research - University of Utrecht, has presented in the AAI Workshop session the work Centralized user management and Single Sign On for the WeNMR gateway through the WeNMR Virtual Research Community

Marco Verlato of INFN has presented at the demo booth the work done in collaboration with the WNoDeS team, the Radboud University of Nijmegen and the University of Leicester: VirtualCing Cloud demo on WNoDeS

Rasmus Fogh of the University of Cambridge has presented in the Workflow Community Workshop session the work A workflow manager for NMR: objectives, design and implementation

Alexandre Bonvin, the WeNMR project coordinator, has attended the EC Workshop: Distributed Computing Infrastructures for e-Science: Future Perspectives, the CHAIN Interoperability Workshop and the e-Infrastructure Impact Assessment Methodologies workshop organised by ERINA+.

WeNMR has also contributed to the CHAIN Interoperability Demo presented for the first time at this conference.
