A worldwide e-Infrastructure for NMR and structural biology

GRID Statistics

The WeNMR community: the enmr.eu VO

At the end of April 2013 the enmr.eu VO counted 544 registered members, 35% of which from countries outside Europe, representing the largest VO in the life sciences area. A distribution per country is shown in the following map (stats of April 30th, 2013). The growth of the enmr.eu VO overtime can be viewed here.

Resources

WeNMR and its VO, enmr.eu, are currently supported by grid sites from several countries including National Grid Initiatives:

A list of sites supporting the enmr.eu VO and their resources can be found here.

Together they provide WeNMR with about 64000 CPU-cores and 250 TB of storage distributed over 28 sites.

The geographical distribution of resources can be viewed in the Gstat portal here or via the EGI Operation Portal.
